Dave MacLean

As an owner and the Executive Vice President, Dave manages the day-to-day of Brothers’ sales efforts, exterior replacement production, fleet, and IT operations.

Dave has over 20 years of experience working in the contracting and home improvement industry and over the years, he has worked in nearly every position that Brothers has to offer. Dave has excelled from being a helper in the field, to a sales consultant, production manager, and now an owner in the company.

Prior to his experience in the remodeling space, Dave holds 10 years of service to our country working for the United States Air Force; five of which were spent in security forces and the remainder in recruiting engineers, navigators, pilots, and doctors.

Dave has been recognized for his efforts, being awarded Sales Manager of the Year by Certified Contractor Network, a national organization of professional residential remodeling contractors.
